Charming Hotel Close to Sacre Coeur
friendly staff convenient location pleasant room metro proximity
I found the staff helpful when needed, always a plus. My room matched the description and was pretty pleasant. The hotel location proved convenient for exploring Montmarte and Pigalle. I also liked it was close to the metro to explore other areas.
The room got somewhat dark because of the low lighting in the bathroom and hall.

The room had a double bed and blackout curtains, so I had a good sleep. I noted that the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a consistent temperature.

The hotel sat on a quieter street near the Sacre Coeur. Many cafes and restaurants stood nearby. I walked easily to several Metro stations from the hotel, it was nice.

The breakfast included fresh pastries, fruit, and hot coffee. I saw a selection of cereals, yogurts, and cheeses too. The breakfast room had a bright atmosphere, very positive.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, so I stayed connected easily. I noticed a 24-hour front desk, always available for assistance. I didn't need it, but they have luggage storage available to guests.

some issues with the room and staff
poor lighting unhelpful receptionist
the room i had was not really what i expected. the lighting was terrible, and the dark green walls, even with all the lights on. also, there weren't any outlets near the bed, and only two in the entire room, really inconvenient. the receptionist was not helpful, actually he mocked me when i asked some questions. it made me pretty angry.

Absolutely Charming Stay!
friendly staff clean room
The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke good English. I found the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. I also thought the location was AMAZING!!!
The upgraded room I paid for was not what I received. The bar charged a surprising amount for a single drink. We didn't know the costs until checkout.

excellent location base of montmartre lovely staff bathroom outlet bedroom mirror terrible lighting
the location was excellent. it was right at the base of montmarte. i could see sacre coeur at the end of the street. the staff was lovely.
there was no outlet in the bathroom. there was no mirror in the bedroom near outlets. i found the lighting terrible.

limited outlets terrible lighting
I was a bit disappointed with a couple of things. the lack of outlets in the room was a real issue. i only found two, both near the floor, and none by the bed. It made charging my devices inconvenient. the dark green paint, so the lighting was quite terrible!!!

really good stay near sacré-cœur
restful sleep convenient access
This family run hotel provided a cute atmosphere! the staff readily mailed postcards, saving me a trip. the rooms were clean and the beds ensured restful sleep. I especially enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice at the buffet breakfast. its location offered both quiet and convenient access to major attractions.
i did not receive the upgraded room that i paid for. also, a visit to the bar resulted in an unexpectedly high charge of 58£ for two drinks. the room was very small.

The room had a safe and air conditioning, ensuring comfort. the room size was typical for european city hotels. It was clean and quiet despite the proximity to montmartre. fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily, very convenient.
